Energym Health and Fitness has been owned and operated by Billy and Simone Manne since 1980.

At Energym we are different because Health and Fitness is a Lifestyle not just a Business. We truly live the lifestyle. Training and Fitness are our lives. We both train six days per week.

Billy is a renowned Martial Artist and was for many years bodyguard to the Stars including Paul Mc Cartney and the cast of Dallas. He is a Seventh Degree Black Belt in Karate. In addition Billy is a Master Trainer of KickBoxers and an exponent of Aikido, Boxing, Judo, Kendo, and Grappling. He has been studying Martial Arts for over forty five years since the tender age of six. One of Billys great pleasures in life seen people evolve and develop as they progress through their Martial Arts career. Many regard him as a truly gifted mentor. Past students include World Title Contender Sammy Solimons. He has trained literally thousands of students.

Simone is a Third Degree Black Belt and an assistant Kick Boxing instructor. Her main interests is Nutrition and is a qualified nutritionist , holding a Masters Degree in Nutrition. She has developed a comprehensive program that guarantees weight loss in a safe, healthy manner. Simone is known as an excellent and committed motivator. She is a published author.

Energym is a family based business where the owners are always close at hand. It is a community friendly business and sponsors many local activities. It is not a gym where dressing up is required. Our members range from four year tots to eighty year olds and everyone in between. Between kids Karate to Pilates to personal trainers, we have something for everyone. We have the friendliest atmosphere around!
